Mail/Newspapers Protocol

In Government Relations continuing effort to provide mailroom services to our building, we are asking for your assistance in the following the protocol;

If you happen to notice the newspapers and/or mail have not been sorted, please do not take it upon yourself to remove you mail/newspapers. Rather, please call 3-5554 and notify the Government Relations staff that the mail/newspapers have arrive. Upon notification, a member of our staff will sort the mail/newspapers as soon as possible.

If you see a member of the Government Relations staff sorting the mail/newspapers, please wait until all have been sorted, even though this may result in you returning to retrieve yours.

Thank you,
Government Relations
