The Fleming building allows solicitation for donations (items) to a charity with the below procedures followed:
- Must be sponsored by a Fleming Department. FLEMDOC email cannot be used to solicit donations.
- Notify the Fleming Building Manager before setting up a drop box in the building.
- Collection location limited to kitchenette area. Box must be neat in appearance with function and sponsoring department clearly stated.
- Pickups should occur regular so as to minimize theft & prevent overflow.
- Drive lasts a maximum of 2 weeks.
The Fleming building does not allow money collection boxes/containers.
The Fleming Building staff puts on a Holiday potluck in December and chooses a charity to make donations. If you are interested in nominating a charity for this event please contact Anita Greca for current chair information.
